Hike or Bike Mill Creek Nature Park

Mill Creek Nature Park is over 200 acres of protected land in Narrows, VA. Your registration fee to Wolf Creek Runs Wild supports this wild and beautiful area. Over 15 miles of trails for hiking or mountain biking. Enjoy views of the creek, time in the woods, multiple waterfalls, and an epic view from the summit at Sentinel Point.

Hike to Cascade Falls

Cascade Falls is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Virginia and possibly on the entire East Coast. Little Stony Creek falls over a vertical cliff in several different streams. Several streams cascade a couple times on the way down while others fall the whole distance of the falls.
